Jenna Paladino inspires volunteers, motivates CEOs and drives healthcare policy to improve access for all. Her relentless passion made a seamless transition in opening her own business and governmental consulting firm, Paladino Advocates, LLC. Prior to starting the firm, she served as the director of communications and public affairs for Chapters Health System, headquartered in Tampa, FL. Chapters Health is the largest non-profit hospice provider in the state of Florida. In the role, she served as the company spokesperson and lobbyist while managing the internal and external communications.

Recognized for her dedication to the hospice community, she was asked to serve on the Public Policy Committees for both the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and Florida Hospice and Palliative Care Association, which she still actively participates. When she launched Paladino Advocates, Chapters Health became her first client to continue the mission of making sure all families have access to stellar hospice care at the most precious time in their lives.

Jenna also gained many years of experience as the chief lobbyist and director of public policy for the National MS Society, Florida chapters. She created the first grass-roots and grass tops program in Florida and brought MS policy to the Florida legislature with a cohesive agenda and communication plan for all levels to support. While the Affordable Care Act debate was underway, she rallied the MS volunteers and engaged them in AARP’s “Divided We Fail” national campaign to support the passage of the ACA.

A Tampa native and Florida State University alumnus, Jenna knows the intricacies of government from the top of the state to the bottom. Her experience as a legislative aide, campaign consultant, in-house lobbyist, non-profit lobbyist and adjunct professor provides her clients a well-rounded approach to make sure that the lobbying, advocacy and communication goals are all part of the plan. Policy expertise includes: disabilities, end-of-life, Certificate of Need (CON), home health, pharmacy, DME, Medicare, Medicaid, CMS and non-profit healthcare.

Jenna is a fourth generation Tampa native with a Master of Science in Public Policy and Political Communication and Bachelors of Science in Political Science and English from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. Her love for the FSU Seminoles also created a fondness for “the process” while studying just steps away from the Florida Capitol.
